Krystal Worthington, O.D.

Dr. Krystal Worthington serves as Clinical Director and specializes in surgical co-management and advanced dry eye care. She works closely with surgeons to guide patients through cataract, corneal, and glaucoma procedures, helping them select technologies and lens options that align with their visual goals. With extensive experience in pre- and post-operative care, she has supported thousands of patients in achieving successful surgical outcomes. Dr. Worthington also leads the practice’s Dry Eye Center, designing personalized treatment plans for ocular surface disease using advanced diagnostic technology. Having experienced dry eye herself, she is particularly passionate about helping patients find lasting relief. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.
